Your Satisfaction Matters: At SAFEGUARDAI (MIRA) LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Mira smart home enhancement system. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and our satisfaction guarantee.

1. Your Consumer Rights

As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights cannot be taken away, and this policy provides additional benefits beyond your statutory rights.

Package your Mira device securely:

  • Use original packaging if possible (not required)
  • Include all accessories, cables, and manuals
  • Ensure device is clean and undamaged
  • Place return label on outside of package

Drop off your package at any Royal Mail location or arrange collection. Track your return using the tracking number provided.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund will go to your original payment method

  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear
