YOUR USE OF MIRA IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE DEVICE IS A SUPPLEMENTARY SAFETY TOOL AND SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY SAFETY MEASURE IN PLACE.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
