We reserve the right to change pricing. Beta participants will receive advance notice of any changes to their pricing terms.
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for:

We warrant that Mira will function substantially as described for a period of 12 months from delivery (the "Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace defective units at no charge.

YOUR USE OF MIRA IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE DEVICE IS A SUPPLEMENTARY SAFETY TOOL AND SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY SAFETY MEASURE IN PLACE.

All content, features, and functionality of Mira (including software, hardware designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by SAFEGUARDAI (MIRA) LTD and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mira and our Services for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include:
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using Mira, you consent to:
Mira can attempt to contact emergency services (999/112) and your designated contacts when a fall is detected. However:
Mira is not a substitute for traditional emergency call systems, medical alert devices, or direct calls to emergency services. If you can safely make a call yourself, always do so.
We may provide software updates, patches, and improvements to Mira. Some updates may be automatic. You agree to accept such updates, which may add, remove, or modify features.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:
Your continued use of Mira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Mira and may be entitled to a refund (see Return Policy).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SAFEGUARDAI (MIRA) LTD regarding Mira.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
